Everything happens in your own browser. The page is built so it cannot connect to any server: no account, no cookies, no analytics, no tracking, and no fonts or scripts from anywhere else. Your letters are written on your device.
If you tick Remember my details and progress, they are saved in your browser's own storage on that device only, and Forget everything deletes them. If you do not tick it, nothing is saved.
The plugin has two tools: one lists the companies, the other gives the letter templates. Neither tool accepts your name, address, email or any other details, so they cannot be sent to it. Your assistant fills your details into the letter inside your own conversation.
The only setting the plugin receives is a yes or no: whether you have worked in business, so it knows whether to include business contact databases. Your assistant may attach technical details of its own to a request.
Nothing. The server writes no logs and is set not to record requests, so no IP addresses are stored.
Your requests go from your own email account to the companies you choose, so those companies receive the details you put in the letter. That is the point of the request. If you use the Gmail or Outlook buttons, the email opens in Google's or Microsoft's service, under their own privacy policies. Your conversation in ChatGPT or Claude is covered by OpenAI's or Anthropic's privacy policy.
